1, Can you offer samples for testing?

Sure, samples would be available for testing purpose. Usually our samples is for free in testing quantity, if more, our customer service department would consider accordingly.

 

2, How could you guarantee the shipment quality?

Our QC department would test every batch before the shipment and make sure quality is equal to samples agreed.

 

3, How long will it take for delivery?

Usually it will be around 15 days after the order confirmation or deposit.

 

4, What kind of package can you offer?

Dyestuff usually packed in 25kgs iron drum, carton box, or compound bag; Pigments are in 25kgs bag. 10kgs or 15kgs packing are also available accordingly.

 

5, What's the payment terms?

TT remittance, L/C sight,  and Paypal are available.

 

6, What's your MOQ?

25kgs shipped by air or by Courier service; Ocean shipment is also no problem if you do not care about the delivery time.

 

7, Did you attend trade fair?

8, Do you have REACH registration?
